Option 1
1- 1 Coaching
A 12 week transformational journey of both personal and business health. We illuminate underlying energetic patterns that shape your individual and business/work or and relationships dynamics, identify and implement ways to bring about balance and health.
What’s included
Two 90 min sessions a month
In between appointment support via email or messaging (Monday - Friday)
Homeopathic help with any acute complaints
Homeopathic remedy and flower essence recommendation; provision of homeopathic remedy to UK addresses
Kinesiology/Integrated Healing balance as indicated
Recorded meditation or tapping session tailored to your needed
Aligned Plan
Option 2
One off Deep Dive
2-3 hour session online
You may wish to use this opportunity to:
Realign and re-energise your personal or business health
Gain clarity and direction
Practical ‘know how’ forward
Release any blocks
Align your personal and business life plan
Or design an offer ie: Programme, Workshop, Course.

Option 3
Children and Young People
Supporting children has always been part of my practice. I continue to provide homeopathy for children and homeopathy with coaching for young adults.
The issues may be that of transition through developmental stages (and schools….), physical, mental or behavioural challenges, anxiety, low confidence, skin, sleep issues, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), gender dysphoria or are considered neurodivergent (ADHD, ASD) or sensory challenges of any kind.
Parent and Child (under 15)
This service includes parent emotional support and coaching to help create supportive strategies and environments for themselves and their children.
Young Person 15 - 21 age
It is my speciality is to help people navigate more powerfully through periods of transition on the path to self actualisation.
Service includes deep listening, coaching, homeopathy, homeopathic detox where necessary, we powerfully address any issues related to physical, emotional, mental health; including hormonal health, sensory challenges, issues related to belonging, attachments, obsessiveness, dependency, communication, socialisation, motivation and more.
