What you do impacts your health, what you don’t do impacts your health. Most of the time is one one or the other but HOW YOU DO THINGS.
We sometimes do things as we are used to doing them, but which are not longer appropriate or relevant.
This may look like staying in a job we don’t enjoy doing as to change it feels too overwhelming or pushing through with a business, forcing things to happen at the cost of our health, family and free time and little financial reward.
Other times this looks like complaining but not doing much to change the situation.
It may also look like following someone else’s advice on how to run your or business and life.
When we don’t do things that are important to us or do them in opposition to what we believe and know is right for us, we chip our integrity and this takes us further away from our true self and where we want to be and more often then not, result in dis-ease.
Each session, and any time in between our sessions if need, I will support you to create a strategy that is going to support you health and wellbeing and contribute to reliable and sustainable WAY in your work or business. You will leave with clarity and confidence in the HOW to do it, so that you get to enjoy not just being productive but productive with sense of EASE, MASTERY and JOY.
