Anxiety
Regain your inner peace naturally
Anxiety is there to protect us. It’s an echo of our nervous system filtering out whether we are safe or not in stressful, unfamiliar and new situations. While anxiety is a normal and at times even helpful reaction to challenging situations, excessive or persistent anxiety is a sign of our nervous system perceiving to many things as DANGEROUS or it’s stuck in a limbo for DECIDING. This can severely interfere with our emotional, physical, and cognitive ability, presenting symptoms such as increased heart rate, restlessness, difficulty concentrating, and tension, holding breath, clenching jaw, sleep disorders, restlessness aggregation among others. It impacts our ability and experience of specialising, our relationships, work, our quality of life. It can also lead to addictions, isolation and depression.
There are many reasons why we feel anxious and as such anxiety require a holistic approach that embraces the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit in order to restore balance and promote overall well-being and quality of life.
