Productivity and Self Worth

Me: ‘How was your day?

My Client: ‘It was a really good day. I was productive.’

That got me thinking. Can we have a good day when we are not productive?

I have known this client for a while. Some of the homeopathic remedies that we have used with a good effect were Carcinosin and Kali-c. She is at the Wood Element stage of her life and career.

Can YOU have a good day when you are not productive?

If you are stay at home mum, a self employed business woman, a carer, a maker or an artist, what constitutes a productive day? How do you get to feel fulfilled when

  • you have never ending tasks to do

  • days where you have little to show for

  • get no payment

  • when the time is not a boundary to jobs end?

This is a common challenge that my clients come up against and one that I support them with so to get to a place of greater fulfilment and joy in their work. Alongside homeopathy, we focus on coaching around self compassion to turn off the ‘judge’, we use 5 Elements to understand the importance of cycle between activity and inactivity, explore the intention or/and strip back the why.

If this is something that you struggle with, I’d love to hear from you. Drop me a line.
