Learn how to help yourself powerfully with natural medicine. Healing acute health issues homeopatically will help reduce the chance of complications, chronic health issues, toxic pharma overload. Taught in tandem with basic Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five-Element theory, you will be empowered to address your holistic health: mind, body, spirit.
The course is run over a period of 6 weeks as follows:

History, philosophy, potencies, intro to 5 element theory and First Aid remedies
Session 2, Saturday 14th February 2026
Metal Element: cold and flu and respiratory system,skin, grief, letting go
Session 3, Saturday 21st February 2026
Water Element: Life Essence/Life Energy, kidney, urinary health, bone health, hearing
Session 4, 28th February 2025
Wood Element: decision making, action taking and work; muso-skeletal health, headaches
Session 5, 7th March 2025
Fire Element: Heart, Blood Pressure; Sleep, Depression
Session 6, 14th March 2025
Earth Element: Digestive health, Sugar addiction
