I practice and teach medical qi gong. This has the potential to balance and heal and create more energy. To me this practice is like body’s ‘poetry’.
Qi gong movement is part of Daoist tradition, what later evolved as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) healing practices (acupuncture, herbs, nutrition being the others).
